Welcome to SamMade. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, policies, and responsibilities for purchasing our handmade steel dog bowl stands. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Handmade Products

 

 

All SamMade items are handmade to order, meaning slight variations in colour, finish, or measurements may occur. These small differences are normal and part of the handmade process.

2. Ordering

 

 

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received via invoice.

• Please ensure all details (size, colour, height, bowl size, address) are correct before paying.

• If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible — changes cannot always be made once production begins.

3. Processing Time

 

 

• Each item is made by hand, so processing times may vary.

• You will be given an estimated timeframe when ordering.

• Delays may occur during busy periods — we will always update you.

4. Delivery

 

 

UK Mainland: £8 per item

UK Isles & Remote Areas: £12 per item

 

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, weather, and seasonal demand.

5. Returns & Refunds

 

 

Because each item is custom-made:

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size/height

• Aesthetic preferences

 

 

We DO accept returns/refunds for:

 

• Faulty or damaged items

• Incorrect item received

 

You must contact us within 14 DAYS of receiving your order and provide photos so we can help resolve the issue.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

Refunds/replacements are processed within 3–5 working days after the item is returned.

6. Delivery and Courier Responsibility

7. Care Instructions

 

 

Our stands are made from durable steel. To keep them in good condition:

 

• Clean with warm soapy water

• Avoid abrasive cleaners

• Dry fully after washing

• Ensure bowls are cleaned regularly

 

 

Minor surface marks from normal use are not considered faults.

• Always supervise pets while using raised stands

• Ensure the bowl size and stand height are suitable for your dog

• SamMade is not responsible for improper use or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

We never share your details with third parties.
