🐾 SamMade Returns & Refund Policy

Because every SamMade dog bowl stand is handmade to order, we can only accept returns in the following situations:

✔ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will ask for photos and will either:

✔ Wrong Item Received

If the wrong size or colour was sent in error, we will happily replace it at no additional cost.

✘ Change of Mind

As each stand is individually handmade, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or aesthetic preferences.

Please ensure measurements and bowl sizes are checked before ordering. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help you choose the right size.

📦 Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.

If a return is requested for any reason outside of a fault, the customer is responsible for postage (if the return is accepted).

⏳ Processing Time

Refunds/replacements are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the item back.
